Sales Manager Switzerland (Industrial B2B)

An international market leader operating in the industrial sector, serving a broad portfolio of customers across Switzerland. As part of its continued growth strategy, the company is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead commercial activities and develop long-term customer partnerships.

This position combines sales leadership, business development and key account management within a technical B2B environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the sales strategy for the Swiss market.
  • Lead, coach and develop a team of sales professionals.
  • Drive revenue growth through both existing customer development and new business acquisition.
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers across procurement, operations, engineering and management functions.
  • Manage strategic accounts and support complex negotiations.
  • Monitor pipeline development, forecasting and sales performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with technical, operational and customer service teams to ensure excellent customer outcomes.
  • Identify market trends and growth opportunities within industrial sectors.

Your Profile

  • +5 years of experience in B2B sales within an industrial, technical or manufacturing-related environment.
  • Proven track record in sales management, team leadership and business development.
  • Experience managing key accounts and complex sales cycles.
  • Strong understanding of industrial customers, manufacturing environments or technical products and solutions.
  • Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Results-oriented, entrepreneurial and customer-focused mindset.
  • Fluent German and either French or English.
  • Willingness to travel throughout Switzerland.
