Service Coordinator – Technical Support

Your role

As a Service Central Support Officer, you are the first point of contact for international (French-speaking) customers when a complex industrial installation experiences a breakdown, technical issue, or requires maintenance support.

Your role goes far beyond answering requests. You analyze, structure, and coordinate the full resolution process from start to finish.

You act as the key link between the customer and internal teams (service planning, field technicians, logistics, spare parts), ensuring fast, smooth, and effective handling of every request.

You are a true orchestrator of after-sales operations, with a direct impact on the availability and performance of industrial installations worldwide.

Key responsibilities

  • Act as the main contact for French-speaking customers for all service-related requests (breakdowns, maintenance, technical support, inspections)
  • Analyze customer needs and coordinate actions across internal departments
  • Manage service cases end-to-end until full resolution
  • Prepare and follow up on service quotations, field interventions, and logistics coordination
  • Monitor technical, administrative, and financial aspects of service cases (reporting, closure, KPIs)
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and tools (ERP, service workflows)
  • Identify improvement opportunities and support the development of after-sales services and customer satisfaction

Your profile

You feel comfortable in technical environments and enjoy roles where coordination and structure are key.

  • Fluent in French and English 
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (MBO+ level also considered)
  • Experience in a technical, industrial, service, or coordination role (or strong motivation to develop in this field)
  • Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously with accuracy and structure
  • Strong service mindset and solution-oriented approach
  • Interest in industrial machinery and complex technical environments
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to prioritize effectively
