To support the expansion of its Asset Management activities in Greece, our client is looking for a Technical Asset Manager (Greek & English Speaker). Reporting to the Senior Technical Asset Manager, you will act as the key technical interface between asset owners, local stakeholders and operational partners, ensuring the optimal performance of a portfolio of solar assets while protecting the client’s interests.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the technical performance of a portfolio of renewable energy assets, primarily solar PV installations in Greece.
• Act as the main point of contact between asset owners, operators, subcontractors and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor operational and contractual performance, ensuring compliance with technical, regulatory and HSE requirements.
• Analyse plant performance, identify optimisation opportunities and coordinate corrective actions.
• Review operational reports and present performance updates to clients.
• Coordinate site inspections, technical audits and contractor activities when required.
• Handle technical issues, claims and warranty-related matters.
• Build strong relationships with Greek subcontractors and international clients while representing the client’s interests at all times.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the growth of the Asset Management business.

Profile

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in Technical Asset Management, Operations or O&M contract management within the renewable energy sector.
• Strong understanding of solar, wind and/or battery storage technologies.
• Experience managing external contractors and client relationships in an international environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex situations autonomously.
• Diplomatic, resilient and confident communicator capable of influencing a wide range of stakeholders.
• Fluent Greek and English (both written and spoken) are essential.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to Greece and other European locations.
