ERP Project Manager

Company Description:

Our client, an innovative company in the digital transformation sector, is looking for an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead the implementation and management of its ERP system in a dynamic environment.

Location: Paris

Contract Type: Permanent (CDI)

Responsibilities:

As an ERP Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Leading the implementation, configuration, and customization of the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system within the company.
• Collaborating with various internal stakeholders (finance, HR, logistics, etc.) to understand their needs and adapt the ERP system accordingly.
• Managing all project phases, from requirements gathering to go-live and user training.
• Coordinating with external vendors and technical teams to ensure the project is executed smoothly.
• Monitoring project budgets and timelines, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are optimized.
• Identifying and resolving technical or functional issues related to the ERP system.
• Overseeing post-implementation support and continuous improvement of the ERP system.
• Providing regular project progress reports to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in ERP project management, ideally in a multi-site or international environment.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, etc.).
• Strong project management skills, including planning, resource management, and risk management.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing relationships with external vendors and ERP integrators.
• Knowledge of best practices in project management (agile or traditional methodologies).
• PMP, Prince2, or similar certification is a plus.
