Junior Service Engineer in Laser – Biel/Neuchatel/Lausanne (H/F)

Our client, an international company supplier of CNC machines and automation solutions is looking for a their next Field Service Engineer :

Job Description:
 

• Perform routine maintenance on laser machines to ensure proper functionality.
• Install new machines at client sites, ensuring proper setup and configuration.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with 3D and laser machines, implementing necessary fixes.
• Provide on-site training to clients on machine operation and maintenance.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to address technical queries and concerns.

  Your Profile:

• Fluent in both English and French.
• Technical education background with a focus on Polytechnic or equivalent (Electrician background considered).
• Willingness based around Biel, Neuchâtel or Lausanne or able to relocate to these regions.
• Availability for 100% full-time employment.
• Stability and commitment to work as a service technician for at least 3 years.
• Willingness to travel within Switzerland for the first 2 years, with the possibility of international travel starting from the 2nd year.

Training will be predominantly conducted on-site at client locations.
