About the Role

My client is a leading international company operating in the digital infrastructure sector, supporting major customers in the acquisition and management of telecommunications sites and EV charging infrastructure.

To support their continued growth, they are looking for a driven and communicative Business Development Executive (m/f/d). If you enjoy negotiations, business development, and building long-term relationships, this could be an excellent opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify suitable locations for telecommunications infrastructure projects
  • Approach and engage with potential landowners and property owners
  • Negotiate lease agreements and manage the process through to contract signature
  • Maintain accurate records and update information within the CRM system
  • Conduct site visits and property inspections when required
  • Take ownership of the entire acquisition process, from initial contact through to successful contract completion

Your Profile

  • Fluent German language skills (minimum C1 level)
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Well-organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Basic English language skills
  • Previous experience in sales, business development, customer-facing roles, or account management is advantageous
