Business Process Manager – eCommerce & ERP Integration
The Business Process Manager is responsible for defining, harmonizing, and governing end-to-end business processes related to the integration of a global eCommerce platform with multiple ERP systems.
The role acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring scalable, compliant, and high-quality integrations.
Key Responsibilities
Integration & Solution Alignment
- Translate business requirements into process and data models
- Collaborate with integration and technical teams to ensure proper implementation
- Validate integration flows, including:
- Orders, payments, invoicing
- Product, pricing, and promotions
- Inventory and availability
- Customer and master data
- Order fulfillment tracking
- Ensure consistency in integration standards and data models
Stakeholder & Requirements Management
- Act as the main interface between business and IT teams
- Facilitate workshops to gather and prioritize requirements
- Manage scope, dependencies, and change requests
Governance, Quality & Compliance
- Define and enforce process and integration governance
- Ensure compliance with financial, tax, and data regulations
- Define acceptance criteria and support testing phases (SIT/UAT)
- Maintain up-to-date documentation
Continuous Improvement & Operations
- Monitor process performance and KPIs (accuracy, lead time, error rates)
- Identify automation and optimization opportunities
- Support incident and problem management
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
Required Skills

- Strong understanding of end-to-end eCommerce processes
- Ability to balance global standards with local needs
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
Technical Knowledge
- Understanding of integration concepts: APIs, REST/SOAP, middleware
- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP or similar)
- Ability to work with technical teams without being a developer

- Ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority
Support & Coordination
- Provide second-level support
- Coordinate external partners
- Train stakeholders on new processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
- 5–10 years of experience in business process management, eCommerce, or ERP integration
- Experience with eCommerce platforms and integration solutions
- Experience in global and complex environments
