Your Responsibilities

• Independently handle and assess motor insurance claims, including material damage, bodily injury, third-party liability, and own damage (MTPL/CASCO)
• Review and evaluate claims based on photos, documentation, and relevant information
• Apply claims handling processes, guidelines, and quality standards to ensure efficient and accurate case management
• Support accurate reserve updates and contribute to effective claims cost control
• Identify potential risks and support fraud prevention initiatives
• Collaborate with external partners, including assessors and medical experts
• Provide feedback on claims processes and digital tools to improve workflows and operational efficiency
• Work closely with software developers, business analysts, data scientists, and insurance experts in a multidisciplinary and international team
• Contribute ideas and expertise to help build and improve the Dutch claims operation

Your Profile

• 2–5 years of professional experience in non-life insurance claims handling and operations
• Strong experience handling motor insurance claims (MTPL and CASCO)
• Native-level Dutch language skills
• Professional fluency in English
• Independent, proactive, and solution-oriented working style
• Comfortable taking ownership in a newly established team and helping shape processes
• Interest in technology and willingness to work with innovative digital tools
• Pragmatic mindset with the ability to challenge existing processes and identify improvements
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across different teams
