HR & Organizational Development Specialist

Your Responsibilities
Human Resources Development

Take responsibility for the internal training program “Learn & Grow”, from conception and planning through organization and administration.

Manage and maintain the SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS).

Design engaging training sessions and e-learning modules.

Facilitate workshops and retrospectives in English when required.

Organize and conduct online conferences and events via MS Teams / Zoom, with audiences of up to 1,200 employees.

Contribute to leadership development initiatives.
Team & Cultural Development

Design and develop team activities and team-building initiatives to support collaboration and cultural development.

Facilitate team activities and workshops when required.

Collaborate on initiatives related to cultural development, leadership development and organizational change.

Contribute to creating an engaging and positive employee experience.
Employee Surveys

Design, execute and analyze employee surveys, including Engagement Surveys and Pulse Surveys.

Translate survey results into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.

Use digital survey and engagement tools to support data collection and analysis.

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented professional with a high degree of initiative and strong methodological skills in facilitation, design and communication.
You are someone who enjoys taking ownership, getting things done and working independently, while also being comfortable collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders.

Strong experience with digital tools such as Qualtrics, Mentimeter and Microsoft Forms.

Experience working remotely and in international organizations / environments.

A degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development or a related field is a plus. Relevant further education or professional training is also valued.

Experience with SAP SuccessFactors LMS is an advantage.

Knowledge of common psychometric tests and methodologies, such as Insights Discovery, BIP or StrengthsFinder, is preferred.

Fluent English is required.

German knowledge is appreciated.
Working Environment

Practical Information
