We are looking for Spanish-speaking recruitment pros already living in Dublin to join our high-performing team and conquer the Spanish and European markets!

🚀 THE ROLE: Your Desk, Your Business

As a 360° Recruitment Consultant, you act as an entrepreneur within our structure.

• Business Development: Identify and partner with key accounts, SMEs, and booming start-ups across Europe.

• Market Strategy: Define your niche and manage your own portfolio with full autonomy.

• Full Cycle Recruitment: Sourcing, direct approach, interviewing, and closing. You own the process from A to Z.

• Strategic Advisory: Consult with clients on market trends and talent acquisition strategies.

🎯 THE PERFECT MATCH

• Location: You are already based in Dublin and love the local vibe.

• Experience: At least 1 year in a 360° recruitment role (Agency experience is a plus).

• Languages: Native or business-level Spanish + a professional level of English.

• Mindset: You are proactive, “result-hungry,” and thrive in a meritocratic environment.
