We are looking for a CRO & Content Marketing Specialist to join a dynamic marketing team and help improve performance across digital channels.
Your responsibilities

Identify and prioritize conversion optimization opportunities across the customer journey

Develop and test data-driven hypotheses (A/B testing, experimentation)

Plan and implement CRO initiatives with internal teams and external partners

Monitor and analyze KPIs and campaign performance

Continuously improve processes and user journeys

Create and optimize content with a performance mindset

Share insights and best practices across the team
Your profile

Background in digital or content marketing

Experience in content marketing and CRO

Strong analytical mindset, comfortable with data and KPIs

Experience working with cross-functional teams and/or agencies

Ability to think strategically while staying hands-on

Clear communication and proactive approach
Languages:

Fluent German and English (mandatory)

French and/or Italian are a strong plus
