CRO & Content Marketing Specialist (80–100%)

Are you a data-driven marketer who enjoys combining conversion optimization and content strategy? Do you like turning ideas into measurable impact?

We are looking for a CRO & Content Marketing Specialist to join a dynamic marketing team and help improve performance across digital channels.

Your responsibilities

  • Identify and prioritize conversion optimization opportunities across the customer journey

  • Develop and test data-driven hypotheses (A/B testing, experimentation)

  • Plan and implement CRO initiatives with internal teams and external partners

  • Monitor and analyze KPIs and campaign performance

  • Continuously improve processes and user journeys

  • Create and optimize content with a performance mindset

  • Share insights and best practices across the team

 

Your profile

  • Background in digital or content marketing

  • Experience in content marketing and CRO

  • Strong analytical mindset, comfortable with data and KPIs

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and/or agencies

  • Ability to think strategically while staying hands-on

  • Clear communication and proactive approach

Languages:

  • Fluent German and English (mandatory)

  • French and/or Italian are a strong plus
