Field Service Engineer – Industrial Machinery & Recycling (M/F) – Munich/Bavaria area (Fully Remote)

As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the performance and reliability of large-scale industrial recycling installations. You are a key representative of the company in the field, working directly with customers and making a tangible difference every day.

  • Fully remote – Bavaria area – Munich
  • Frequent travel within the region
  • Daily travel from home base – frequent driving 

Your Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on complex industrial machinery
  • Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic faults
  • Ensure installations are fully operational and performing optimally
  • Carry out installation, commissioning, and delivery of new equipment
  • Support the installation of new sorting systems and machines
  • Provide technical guidance and basic training to customers on equipment use and maintenance
  • Maintain strong, direct relationships with clients – you are the face of the company on-site

Ideal Profile

  • Proven experience in industrial maintenance (2/3+ years minimum)
  • Strong mechanical, electrical and hydraulic skills
  • Autonomous, reliable, and comfortable working independently in the field
  • Willingness to travel extensively and spend significant time on the road
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Fluent German (native level) and professional level of English required
