Service Engineer – Benelux Region | Netherlands or Belgium | Company car provided

The opportunity

Join a leading construction equipment manufacturer as their first Service Engineer in the Benelux region. This is a ground-floor opportunity — you’ll be a key player in building their after-sales presence across the Netherlands and Belgium, working directly with dealers and end customers in the field.

What you’ll be doing

• Diagnose, repair and maintain excavators and wheel loaders on-site at customer and dealer locations
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and electronic failures
• Conduct scheduled service visits, inspections and emergency interventions
• Advise customers on equipment operation, maintenance best practices and spare parts
• Support warranty processing and liaise with the manufacturer

What we’re looking for

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with excavators and/or wheel loaders — mandatory
• Strong skills in mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and electronic diagnostics
• Fluent English — mandatory for all internal and external communication
• Dutch or French is a strong plus
• Based in the Netherlands or Belgium
• Comfortable with regular travel across the Benelux region — this is a field-based role
