An international company in the automotive sector is hiring Dutch-speaking Sales Agents to join its team in Dubai and support the launch of its activity in the Netherlands.

This is a great opportunity for a junior profile looking to gain international sales experience, develop strong commercial skills, and be part of a new market launch from the beginning.

Your role

You will help develop the Dutch market by contacting garages and automotive professionals in the Netherlands.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Making outbound calls to garages and automotive businesses in the Netherlands

• Presenting and selling access to a B2B platform for tyres and auto parts

• Generating interest from potential clients

• Identifying new business opportunities

• Building and developing a new client base

• Following up with prospects and supporting sales growth

This is an outbound sales role in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. You should be comfortable spending most of your day on the phone, handling objections, working with targets, and staying motivated in a high-volume sales environment.

Profile required

• Fluent Dutch, ideally native or near-native

• Good level of English

• Clear and professional communication

• Comfortable speaking with prospects by phone

• Motivated, energetic, and resilient

• Commercial mindset

• Target-driven attitude

• Open to relocating to Dubai quickly

Previous experience in sales, call centre, customer service, business development, or telesales is a plus, but not essential.

Junior profiles are welcome. Motivation, attitude, and resilience are more important than years of experience.

Package

• 8,000 AED fixed monthly salary

• Up to 2,000 AED monthly bonus
