As the company continues to expand, our client is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Agent to join their team in Madrid and help drive growth across both B2B and B2C markets.

Role Overview

This role is ideal for a sales professional who enjoys owning the full sales cycle, building relationships with clients, and closing deals in a fast-paced environment.

You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, engaging potential customers, and guiding them through the entire sales process—from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and deal closure.

  • Identify and develop new opportunities across B2B and B2C segments.

  • Engage with potential clients through calls, demos, and presentations to showcase the software solutions.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and propose the right solutions.

  • Negotiate commercial agreements and close deals while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product, and customer success to support business growth.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM systems.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in sales, ideally within software, technology, or digital solutions.

  • Proven experience managing the full sales cycle (prospecting → negotiation → closing).

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

  • English is mandatory (professional level).

  • German or French is highly valued.

  • Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural team.
