As the company continues to expand, our client is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Agent to join their team in Madrid and help drive growth across both B2B and B2C markets.
Role Overview
This role is ideal for a sales professional who enjoys owning the full sales cycle, building relationships with clients, and closing deals in a fast-paced environment.
You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, engaging potential customers, and guiding them through the entire sales process—from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing.
Key Responsibilities

Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and deal closure.

Identify and develop new opportunities across B2B and B2C segments.

Engage with potential clients through calls, demos, and presentations to showcase the software solutions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and propose the right solutions.

Negotiate commercial agreements and close deals while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product, and customer success to support business growth.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM systems.
Requirements

2–3 years of experience in sales, ideally within software, technology, or digital solutions.

Proven experience managing the full sales cycle (prospecting → negotiation → closing).

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Highly motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

English is mandatory (professional level).

German or French is highly valued.

Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural team.
