Your Responsibilities:
- Support the management and development of a portfolio of industrial clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term retention
- Identify opportunities for account growth and assist in upselling and cross-selling activities
- Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries and provide responsive, high-quality support
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, supply chain) to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor client activity and gather feedback to improve service quality and customer experience
- Assist in preparing commercial proposals, contracts, and renewals
- Participate in client meetings and business reviews alongside senior team members
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to better support client discussions
Profile Sought:
- 2 to 3 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer-facing roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Eagerness to learn and develop in a client-facing commercial role
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and international environment
- Analytical mindset with a willingness to work with data
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
