Junior Account Manager

Our client is a fast-growing international company operating in the industrial and manufacturing sector, providing high-value solutions to businesses worldwide. With a strong market presence, they are seeking a Junior Account Manager to support customer success, build strong relationships, and contribute to revenue growth.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Support the management and development of a portfolio of industrial clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term retention
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and assist in upselling and cross-selling activities
  • Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries and provide responsive, high-quality support
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, supply chain) to ensure smooth project execution
  • Monitor client activity and gather feedback to improve service quality and customer experience
  • Assist in preparing commercial proposals, contracts, and renewals
  • Participate in client meetings and business reviews alongside senior team members
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to better support client discussions

Profile Sought:

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer-facing roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Eagerness to learn and develop in a client-facing commercial role
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and international environment
  • Analytical mindset with a willingness to work with data
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
