🎯 Your Responsibilities

As a Business Developer, you will play a key role in acquiring new clients and driving revenue growth.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Identify and prospect new clients (outbound & inbound)
  • Qualify leads and understand prospects’ business challenges
  • Present SaaS solutions and demonstrate their added value
  • Manage the full sales cycle (from prospecting to closing)
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close deals
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize lead generation
  • Ensure accurate and regular reporting of your activity in the CRM
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales strategies
  • Monitor market trends and competitive landscape

👤 Profile Sought

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or SDR/BDR roles within a SaaS or tech environment
  • Proven experience in B2B sales and complex sales cycles
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong results-driven mindset with a focus on closing
  • Ability to understand both technical and business challenges
  • Autonomous, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Comfortable using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Professional level of English required
