Job Title: Account Representative (Sales Support)
Location: Roermond area, Netherlands (on-site)
Working Hours: Part-time (20 hours per week)

Overview:
An international company within the industrial/consumer equipment sector is looking for a proactive Account Representative (Sales Support) to join their EMEA team. This role plays a key part in supporting the sales cycle from initial enquiry through to order fulfilment and after-sales support, working closely with international stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently

  • Act as a main point of contact for customer enquiries (orders, pricing, delivery, products)

  • Coordinate with internal teams such as logistics, operations, and warehouse to ensure timely delivery

  • Handle customer issues and provide solutions in collaboration with internal stakeholders

  • Prepare and maintain sales documentation (quotes, proposals, contracts, presentations)

  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer and sales data

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales support, customer service, order processing, or commercial administration

  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy

  • Customer-focused with a proactive problem-solving approach

  • Understanding of supply chain/logistics processes is advantageous

  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) is a plus

  • Fluent in Dutch and strong English communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
