Job Title: Account Representative (Sales Support)
Location: Roermond area, Netherlands (on-site)
Working Hours: Part-time (20 hours per week)
Overview:
An international company within the industrial/consumer equipment sector is looking for a proactive Account Representative (Sales Support) to join their EMEA team. This role plays a key part in supporting the sales cycle from initial enquiry through to order fulfilment and after-sales support, working closely with international stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently

Act as a main point of contact for customer enquiries (orders, pricing, delivery, products)

Coordinate with internal teams such as logistics, operations, and warehouse to ensure timely delivery

Handle customer issues and provide solutions in collaboration with internal stakeholders

Prepare and maintain sales documentation (quotes, proposals, contracts, presentations)

Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer and sales data
Requirements:

Experience in sales support, customer service, order processing, or commercial administration

Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy

Customer-focused with a proactive problem-solving approach

Understanding of supply chain/logistics processes is advantageous

Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) is a plus

Fluent in Dutch and strong English communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
