Our client is a French engineering and IT services company (ESN) with 700+ employees, specialized in the placement of IT and engineering consultants with major clients.
The group entered the Polish market one year ago and is now entering a strategic growth phase. The local entity is currently composed of 2 people, with an office located in the very center of Warsaw.
To accelerate its development, we are recruiting a Business Developer / Business Manager.
Key responsibilities:
- Acquire new clients on the Polish market (prospecting, negotiations, deal closing)
- Build and develop a local client portfolio
- Prepare presentation and offer tailored to clients (especially in IT outsourcing)
- Place IT and engineering consultants with your clients
- Collaborate closely with the Recruitment Team to match the right talent with client needs
- Stay up to date with IT market trends
- Represent the company at client meetings and industry events
Profile :
- Proven experience in business development within an IT services / engineering services company (ESN)
- Strong understanding of the IT and engineering consulting market
- Hunter mindset, highly results-driven
- Fluent Polish and English (both spoken and written)
