Our client is a growing digital marketing agency supporting small and medium-sized businesses across Switzerland. The agency helps companies grow through digital strategy, performance marketing, content creation, and innovative digital solutions.
To support expansion, we are looking for a commercially driven Sales / Business Development Manager who can open new opportunities and build long-term client relationships.
Your role
As Sales & Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and driving client acquisition across Switzerland. You will act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and translating them into tailored digital marketing solutions.
Key responsibilities

Develop new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline

Identify and approach SME clients across different industries

Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing

Understand client challenges and position digital marketing solutions accordingly

Build long-term relationships and act as key commercial contact

Collaborate with internal marketing, content, and creative teams

Contribute to commercial strategy and market positioning
Your profile
- Experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally within a digital agency or marketing environment
- Strong new business / hunting mindset
- Languages: fluent in English, French, and German.
- Comfortable managing consultative sales conversations
- Ability to explain digital marketing solutions in a clear business-oriented way
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, and self-driven
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
