Sales / Business Development Manager (B2B Digital Marketing)

Our client is a growing digital marketing agency supporting small and medium-sized businesses across Switzerland. The agency helps companies grow through digital strategy, performance marketing, content creation, and innovative digital solutions.

To support expansion, we are looking for a commercially driven Sales / Business Development Manager who can open new opportunities and build long-term client relationships.

Your role

As Sales & Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and driving client acquisition across Switzerland. You will act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and translating them into tailored digital marketing solutions.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline

  • Identify and approach SME clients across different industries

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing

  • Understand client challenges and position digital marketing solutions accordingly

  • Build long-term relationships and act as key commercial contact

  • Collaborate with internal marketing, content, and creative teams

  • Contribute to commercial strategy and market positioning

 

Your profile

  • Experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally within a digital agency or marketing environment
  • ​​​​​​​Strong new business / hunting mindset
  • ​​​​​​​Languages: fluent in English, French, and German.
  • Comfortable managing consultative sales conversations
  • Ability to explain digital marketing solutions in a clear business-oriented way
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and self-driven
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
