Key Account Manager – SAAS

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned key accounts, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion, recommending solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including sales, marketing, and product development to align offerings with customer needs.
  • Prepare and present contracts, proposals, and reports that align with client goals and company objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze account metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to provide valuable insights to clients.
  • Participate in strategic planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes related to key accounts.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desired Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, preferably in the SAAS industry.
  • Demonstrated success in managing key accounts and achieving sales targets.
  • Experience in contract negotiation and understanding of pricing strategies in a B2B environment.
