Head of People – France

We are looking for Head of People – France, fluent in English and French, and well-versed in French labor law to join a fast growing Tech company.

Do you thrive in a fast-moving, complex matrix environments and have experience working within global organizations?

Among your activites :

• Act as a strategic HR business partnering with senior leaders.
• Manage topics related to CSEs/French labor law, provide HR country management (French Market), while ensuring alignment with global strategy.
• Leads a team of 4 HRBP.
• Evolve in a global matrix environment.

What You Bring :

• 10 years experience in strong growth / scale-up / fast-paced international environments
• Strong experience as an HRBP, in a complex matrix environment.
• Experience in management, or readiness to manage a small team.
• Deep understanding of French employment law (role leading the French Market).
• Fluent in English & French
