Responsable de Filiale / Branch Manager H/F – espagnol et anglais courant
CDI – Paris (Opéra) – anglais et espagnol courant C1 exigés
Notre client est une entreprise de vente de PAP reconnue en croissance qui vend en ligne et en wholesale via des magasins revendeurs et agents indépendants.
Il recherche un(e) Responsable Pays / filiale afin d’accompagner le suivi, la structuration et l’optimisation de l’ensemble de son organisation (superviser les opérations quotidiennes, gérer le budget et contrôler les coûts, suivre les indicateurs de performance (ventes, marges, satisfaction client, productivité), veiller au respect des procédures et des réglementations, représenter l’entreprise auprès des clients, partenaires et fournisseurs, rendre compte des résultats et actions à la direction.
Poste rattaché(e) à la Direction espagnole.
Job description
He/she will be the new Country Manager of the Delegation in Paris / Turnover around 3.5 ME in France .
Missions :

• Organize and coordinate the work of the Branch manager office delegation, posse´s power of attorney. All decisions are made at the headquarter in Spain.
• All common tasks for a Branch Manager areas: administration, financial & accounting, sales and customs clearance and logistic.

• Financial & accounting: management and control accountancy, managements and control bank funds and collect and make payments.
• Sales: Management, control and supervision of network salesman agents
• Administration: management and control of daily activity of the company and supervision of the employees (2 employees sales support + 4 agents)

General requirements:

• University degree in Accounting, Economics, MBA or similar
• 5 years of experience as a Dept Manager or 3 years in a similar position
• Resident in Paris
• Bilingual in Spanish / fluent in English
• Knowledge PC/Microsoft Office/AS 400
