🚀 Account Manager (Enterprise Software) – 1 year rolling Contract🚀

We are partnering with a global leader in mobile & IoT enterprise software solutions to hire a high-performing Account Manager to take care of the current business in the Austrian market.

🌍 Location: Austria (Remote – occasional travel for client meetings)
🗣️ Languages: Fluent Austrian & English
💰 Compensation: Competitive base + bonus (aligned to senior enterprise sales market ranges)

🔥 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Actively managing current business
  • Running outbound outreach: calls, meetings, networking, and partner-led introductions
  • Leading senior-level client conversations and presentations
  • Building and owning mutual success plans with key stakeholders
  • Navigating complex organisations using structured enterprise sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDPICC)
  • Collaborating closely with internal technical and pre-sales teams to shape solutions
  • Driving opportunities through full cycle to close

🧠 What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5+ years in B2B software / SaaS / enterprise tech sales
  • Proven success in a true hunter / new logo acquisition role
  • Strong track record of closing complex deals in a direct sales environment
  • Confident engaging senior stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Highly structured, commercially sharp, and pipeline-driven mindset
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
  • MEDDPICC or value-based selling exposure is a plus
