You’ll be working in a dynamic scale-up environment and become a key player in generating new business opportunities and promoting inclusive digital solutions.

🎯 Your Mission:

• Identify and qualify new leads through outbound activities (calls, emails, LinkedIn) and inbound leads.
• Plan and organize product demos for Account Executives to support the entire sales process.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and internal teams to maximize sales results.
• Use CRM systems to manage the sales pipeline, forecasts, and daily activities.
• Stay up-to-date on trends, regulations, and market developments in digital accessibility.
• Take a proactive, eager-to-learn approach to contribute to the growth of the Sales team.

💡 What We’re Looking For:

• 2–4 years of experience in sales roles or lead generation.
• Strong motivation, results-driven mindset, and resilience.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to work independently and stay organized in a dynamic environment.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems and sales tools (HubSpot, Lemlist, Lusha, Apollo).
• Native level German speaker with good English proficiency.
