Lead Generation Agent: Italian/English – Roma, Italy
Our client, Investment company specialized in the telecommunication sector. Is a fast-growing and multicultural company in Europe.
They propose to purchase land, building, tower on which telecommunication infrastructures are installed.
Growing fast, they already work on the Spanish market with a sales team in Madrid, Spain (15px) office.
You will join the Italian team based in Roma, as the company is just starting to work on the Italian market

By joining the company as a Lead Generation Agent, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads to the negotiator team.

Main responsibilities / Target:
 

  • Conducting a minimum of 30 answered outbound sales calls to prospective clients each day to be able to generate 12 leases per month.
  • Following a structured sales process, build relationships with prospects, sell the company value proposition, and obtain the key information of the landowner's assets allowing the company to make an offer.
  • Scheduling quality appointments for senior advisors who will close the acquisitions.
  • Completing initial due diligence and ‘red flag’ checklist to qualify all opportunities.
  • Responding to inbound leads and fielding web inquiries
  • Accurately maintaining key opportunity information in the central CRM system

 
Your Profile:
 

  • 1 year highly performed in a previous phone sale experience.
  • Knowledge with CRM Systems
  • Native Italian and Fluent in English (Headquarters and Management based in London, UK) :Spanish is a plus
  • Live and work in Roma, Italy
  • Personal-drive to be a high-performer within a high-performing team.
  • Knowledge of real estate acquisition or lease management would be a real plus.

Salary:  Package : 36 000€ – 41 000€ per year
