As the Area Sales Manager covering North-West Germany, you'll lead sales initiatives, nurture client connections, and propel market expansion for our advanced cardboard cutting products. This role allows you to work remotely and travel to customer locations within your designated area approximately 60% of the time.
Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales activities with a focus on farming existing accounts and business development.
  • Travelling to customer sites for sales visits, machine trials, relationship building and contract renewals.
  • Gaining market share and identifying new business opportunities in the region.
  • Drive growth of both clients and the market through effective sales strategies and product implementation.
  • Organize machine trials to demonstrate the capabilities and advantages of our machinery to potential clients.
  • Collaborate closely with French Area Sales Manager to develop a mutual approach towards global business, aligning strategies and goals.

Profile:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in cardboard industry
  • Familiarity with the challenges and opportunities in the polyurethane counterparts and components market.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven individual with a passion for sales and business development.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
