As a pivotal member of tehir team, you will play a crucial role in identifying, assessing, and executing M&A opportunities, ensuring our projects thrive from conception to completion.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue strategic merger and acquisition opportunities within our project pipeline.
  • Take the lead in conducting due diligence processes, evaluating commercial feasibility, and effectively managing associated risks.
  • Engage in negotiating and overseeing contracts with developers, promoting collaboration, and guaranteeing the success of projects.
  • Spearhead the establishment of co-development schemes, negotiate agreements, and thoroughly assess feasibility to maximize project outcomes.
  • Supervise greenfield projects, cultivate relationships with landowners, and adeptly navigate regulatory processes for seamless project execution.
  • Facilitate dialogue with authorities, oversee business proposals, and nurture productive public/private partnerships.
  • Guide and oversee our Italian team, fostering a culture of collaboration and ensuring peak performance for project success.

Profile:

  • Hold a university degree and possess extensive experience in renewables and project management skills.
  • Demonstrate a results-oriented mindset, customer focus, and analytical thinking.
  • Have experience negotiating SPA/DSA with developers and expertise in Greenfield development.
  • Are fluent in both English and German, enabling effective communication in diverse professional settings.
