With a strong international presence, they are seeking a Key Account Manager to drive commercial operations, expand market presence, and develop key strategic accounts.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop key accounts by building long-term relationships with clients.

  • Identify new business opportunities and increase revenue within existing accounts.

  • Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with key partners.

  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to adapt business strategies accordingly.

  • Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product development, logistics) to optimize client satisfaction.

  • Monitor account performance through data analysis and implement improvement strategies.

  • Participate in trade shows and industry events to strengthen client relationships and identify new opportunities.

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing tailored solutions and proactive support.

  • Develop and execute account-specific sales plans aligned with overall business objectives.

Profile Sought:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in key account management within the automotive industry or a related sector.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing and expanding key accounts.

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.

  • Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic account plans.

  • High adaptability and responsiveness to market changes.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Fluent in English and French; additional languages are a plus.

  • Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients and attend industry events.
