Position: Inside Sales Representative (Communication Solutions)

Overview: Our client is looking to strengthen their team in Tilburg with a dedicated and technically-minded Inside Sales Representative in the field of telecommunication solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting customers in the Netherlands and Belgium, playing a key role in market expansion and enhancing the company’s brand presence. Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Support & Consultation: Provide excellent support and advice to customers with a focus on building strong, long-term relationships through service-oriented communication.
• New Customer Acquisition: Actively seek out new customers, identify potential business opportunities, and develop new projects to expand the customer base.
• Order Management & Fulfillment: Handle order processing in the ERP system, including order entries, order confirmations, generation of delivery notes, invoices, and export documents.
• Project Support & Management: Oversee sales-related projects, ensuring timely and efficient execution, and provide necessary support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Managing Customer Inquiries & Deliveries: Handle customer queries and monitor the status of deliveries to ensure on-time availability.
• Market & Competitor Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to contribute to strategic sales planning and decision-making.
• Reporting & Quality Assurance: Monitor key sales figures, generate reports, and support quality management processes to maintain high standards.
Your Profile:
• Education & Expertise: Completed commercial training or an equivalent qualification, with a strong understanding of the market and industry.
• Language Skills: Business fluent in Dutch and proficient in English (both written and spoken).
• Technical Knowledge: Proficient in MS Office and experienced in working with ERP systems, with a general understanding of technical products and solutions.
• Work Style & Personality: Customer-focused, quality-driven, with a target-oriented mindset. Responsible, with entrepreneurial thinking and a proactive attitude.
• Communication & Teamwork: Strong communication skills, team-oriented with intercultural competence, confident, and approachable demeanor.
