A growing and dynamic company in the premium consumer goods / lifestyle sector is looking for a motivated Field Sales Representative to join their team in Hamburg.

In this role, you will be the face of the brand in the field – building strong relationships with existing clients and identifying new business opportunities in the region. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being on the road, thrives in a sales-driven environment, and wants to work with a high-quality product.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow B2B client relationships in the Hamburg area

  • Visit clients regularly and represent the brand professionally

  • Identify new sales opportunities and onboard new partners

  • Monitor market trends and gather customer feedback

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets

  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. marketing, logistics)

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in field sales, ideally in retail, fashion, lifestyle or FMCG

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Self-motivated, organized, and confident working independently

  • Fluent in German; English is a plus

  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region
