 B2B Field Account Manager (m/f/d) – Fashion Industry

Location: Nationwide (with a focus on Southern Germany)

About the Company:

We are currently looking for a passionate and experienced B2B Field Account Manager (m/f/d) to join their team and drive the growth of customer relationships within the fashion sector.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Account Management: Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B customers, primarily in fashion retail, wholesale, and distribution channels.

  • New Business Development: Identify and acquire new business opportunities within the fashion sector.

  • Consultative Sales & Presentations: Provide expert product advice, present new collections, and offer tailored solutions to customers. Conduct presentations and sales meetings on-site.

  • Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to proactively drive the business.

  • Contract Negotiations: Lead contract negotiations, close deals, and ensure profitable agreements.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, logistics, and product development, to ensure smooth business operations and customer satisfaction.

  • Traveling: Frequent travel to meet clients, attend trade shows, and visit events.


Your Profile:

  • A degree or equivalent qualification in business, fashion, textiles, or sales.

  • At least 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the fashion or lifestyle sector.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and engage customers effectively.

  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive and results-driven approach.

  • Willingness to travel and flexibility to meet clients on-site.

  • Fluent in German and proficient in English; French language skills are a plus.

  • Experience with CRM systems and MS Office Suite.
