Event & Operations Coordinator
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Event & Operations Coordinator to join a training centre in Neu-Isenburg. This is a dual-function role, with responsibilities split evenly between supporting professional symposia and assisting with structured training programmes.
In this position, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of events, including preparation, on-site coordination, and post-event follow-up, ensuring smooth execution and high-quality delivery of both educational formats.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate all logistical aspects of training events, including room setup, materials preparation, and catering arrangements
- Provide on-site operational support during courses, ensuring smooth execution and acting as the main point of contact for speakers and participants
- Manage post-event processes, including documentation, feedback collection, and inventory updates
- Maintain, organise, and track training materials and technical equipment
- Coordinate specialised logistics for practical workshops, including regulated material handling, storage, and compliance with hygiene standards
- Monitor stock levels and manage reordering of materials as required
- Liaise with internal teams, external partners, and service providers to ensure seamless event delivery

Requirements
