Key Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering department in the design and development of innovative special machines.
• Oversee all aspects of project management, from conception through to completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engineering efforts with business goals.
• Utilize industry best practices to ensure product quality and performance meet customer expectations.
• Manage budgets and timelines efficiently to deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Mentor and develop engineering talent within the organization.
• Continuously assess and integrate new technologies and methodologies into the engineering process.
• Establish key performance metrics and track performance against those standards.

Essential Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in a senior engineering management role, with a focus on special machines.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.

Desired Experience

• 10+ years of experience in engineering, with at least 5 years in a management role.
• Demonstrated track record of successful project delivery in related fields.
• Experience in budget management and resource allocation.
• Familiarity with the latest engineering design software and tools.
• Ability to navigate and succeed in a fast-paced and changing environment.
