Store Manager Salzburg

🌟 Store Manager (m/f/d) – Full-Time

📍 Location: Salzburg (Designer Outlet & City Center)
📅 Working Hours: 38.5 hours/week
🕘 Opening Hours: Mon–Sat: 09:00–19:00 (weekends until 18:00)
🗓 Two Sundays per month

We are looking for a committed and dynamic Store Manager with strong leadership skills, organizational talent, and a passion for lifestyle products. You will be responsible for motivating a team and supporting the continued development of two store locations in Salzburg, in close collaboration with the Head Office.

Your Profile:

• Completed vocational training or a comparable qualification

• At least 1 year of experience in a leadership role in retail

• Excellent communication skills and strong customer service orientation

• Interest in lifestyle, art, or photography (no prior knowledge required)

• Confident in using Mac OS and handling administrative processes

• Very good German and good English skills (additional languages are a plus)

• Independent, flexible, and solution-oriented approach to work

• Career changers with a confident and convincing presence are also welcome

Your Responsibilities:

• Operational management of both Salzburg locations

• Ensuring an exceptional and premium customer experience

• Leading, developing, and scheduling a team of approx. 6 part-time employees

• Organizing in-store activities, events, and promotions

• Managing stock, inventory, and creating reports and planning documents
