Your Responsibilities:

• Sales- and target-driven management of approximately 30 stores in the northwestern region of Germany
• Leadership, coaching, and development of Store Managers
• Ongoing monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying weaknesses and implementing measures to boost revenue and profitability
• Ensuring consistent execution of the company strategy and corporate guidelines
• Close collaboration with departments such as HR, Training, and Visual Merchandising
• Regular store visits to ensure operational excellence and team support
• Leading by example in delivering world-class customer service and customer-centricity

Your Profile:

• Successfully completed university degree or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
• Solid background in fashion retail with proven leadership experience in a similar role
• Strong affinity for the fashion industry and an enthusiastic mindset
• Entrepreneurial thinking paired with excellent communication skills
• High willingness to travel
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
