Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, directly contributing to the company's growth and profitability.
    • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, promoting a culture of excellence and customer-centricity.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-end clients, ensuring an exceptional in-store experience and long-term customer loyalty.
    • Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and inform strategic decisions.
    • Represent the company at luxury events and exhibitions, enhancing brand visibility and prestige.
    • Prepare and present detailed sales reports to senior management, offering insights and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications:

    • Master’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management within the luxury retail sector, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
    • Deep understanding of the luxury retail market and high-end clientele.
    • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
    • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
    • Fluency in English and Arabic; additional languages are an advantage.
