Job Description:

  • Manage and oversee all regulatory affairs activities for our client
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines.
  • Develop and implement regulatory strategies to support product development and market access.
  • Prepare and submit regulatory submissions to health authorities.
  • Assess and interpret regulatory requirements and provide expert advice to internal stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies and represent the company in meetings.
  • Keep up to date with regulatory changes and communicate their impact to the relevant departments.

Desired Experience:

  • At least 3 years of experience in regulatory affairs management.
  • You must speak English and French
