OEM Sales Engineer Netherlands and Belgium

Do you already have experience developing OEM accounts within the electrical or electronics industry?

Our client, a leading international player in electronic components (power modules, EMC filters, fuses, switches), is looking for an Account Manager / Sales Engineer for the Netherlands and Belgium to further expand its business.

Fluent Dutch and English are required.

Your responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of strategic OEM and EMS accounts.
  • Identify and follow design-in opportunities within key applications: EV charging, industrial automation, data centers, medical and HVAC.
  • Collaborate with customer R&D and engineering teams to secure critical projects.
  • Manage your sales pipeline: forecasts, KPIs, opportunities and results.
  • Act as the local field representative of the international team by ensuring proactive customer follow-up and building strong relationships.

This is a highly field-based role (approximately 3 days per week on the road) offering a high level of autonomy and remote working flexibility (location flexible within the Netherlands – ideally centrally located to facilitate travel, although this remains flexible).

Profile

  • 3 to 7 years of B2B sales experience within industrial components or solutions.
  • Proven experience with OEMs or system integrators, ideally within EV, industrial or medical sectors.
  • Technical / engineering background (electrical, electronics, industrial engineering).
  • Ability to communicate with engineers and translate technical value into business impact.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, autonomous and results-driven.
  • Fluent Dutch and English.
