HR Generalist/(Operational)

 

  • Monitoring and processing changes in employee data
  • Control of work records on a monthly basis (work with Factorial system) – to be sent to Payroll company
  • Control of of sick leave, annual leave, maternity and parental leave – to be sent to Payroll company
  • Proper archiving of record sheets and all documentation related to employees
  • Preparation of salary calculation and bonuses- review of correctness of all records of work of employees, records of sick leave and collection of all remittances for sick leave, table of changes, registration and deregistration for the previous month – to be sent to Payroll company
  • Preparation, processing and archiving of all labor – legal documentation
  • Preparation of travel policy in accordance with local requirements
  • Control of travel spendings – and settlements with Corpag
  • Preparing benefits program, negotiating terms with local providers (i.e. lunch tickets, medical health)

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Knowledge of local labour law and Collective Catalunya Agreement
  • Experience in HR administration
  • Proactivity and self-initiative
  • Fluent English and Catalan/Espanol (Catalan will be an asset)
