We are looking for an experienced accountant to manage the accounting for several condominium properties, ensuring compliance with established deadlines and schedules.
Your responsibilities:

Monitoring payments of condominium fees

Recording and processing invoices related to property management mandates

Preparing heating accounts
-
Closing accounts, preparing balance sheets and income statements, as well as tax certificates and energy tracking

Handling accounting transfers for new mandates
-
Communicating with co-owners and collaborating with property managers
-
Participating in meetings with auditors
Your work environment:

You will be part of a team of 4 people
-
You will be responsible for a portfolio of approximately 50 to 60 condominiums, out of a total of 250 mandates managed by the team
Your profile:

Commercial training (CFC or equivalent)

At least 2 years of experience in real estate accounting or fiduciary services in Switzerland

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a pragmatic mindset

Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Flexibility during accounting closing periods

Proficiency in French and standard office software; knowledge of Abacus is a plus
