About the Company

Our client is launching a new luxury travel agency in Dubai, specialised in selling Dubai as a premium destination to the world. The company is led by a Director of Marketing with 7+ years of experience in the UAE market and a strong background in business consulting, branding, and market expansion.

This is a unique opportunity to join from day one, help build the client portfolio, and grow into a key commercial role as the business expands across Latin America, Europe, and the Middle East.

 Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Agent with strong commercial drive, excellent communication skills in Spanish and English, and ideally experience in the travel or luxury hospitality industry.

The person will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and grow a new B2C client portfolio for luxury trips to Dubai.

  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, consultative selling, quotation, and closing.

  • Advise customers on premium travel experiences, itineraries, leisure plans, and Dubai attractions.

  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing Director to align campaigns, sales messages, and customer engagement strategies.

  • Represent the company in a multicultural market and contribute ideas to shape the brand from the ground up.

  • Support early-stage operational tasks typical of a fast-growing, newly established company.

We are looking for someone who brings:

Requirements

  • Native Spanish speaker + fluent English.

  • Background in sales, ideally in travel, leisure, luxury services, hospitality, or customer-facing industries.

  • Strong ability to create long-term customer relationships and manage multiple leads at once.

  • Proactive mindset, resilience, and ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

  • A genuine passion for travel and customer experience.

Highly Valued (But Not Mandatory)

  • Experience working in travel agencies or tour operations.

  • Existing client portfolio in Latin America, Spain, or the expat community in Dubai.

  • Experience in marketing or social media (this may allow for a higher salary band).

  • Previous experience living or working in the UAE or Gulf region.
