For more than 20 years now, our international recruitment agency has been giving the best service to its clients, managing all types of recruitment projects in many different sectors. Quality and efficiency are at the heart of our strategy. It allowed us to become the single point of contact to take charge of our clients’ recruitment throughout Europe, and even further!

As a matter of fact, 2023 started intensively as Approach People opened a new office in Dubai! Behind the scenes of this new office lies the dream of Cherif Doghmane, one of our consultants, who had always wanted to go live in the United Arab Emirates.

Dreams are of the utmost importance here at Approach People. We regularly ask our employees “What are your dreams?”. We ask them during the recruitment process, then when they arrive, then a few months later again, and for Christmas and/or for the New Year… as every day is an opportunity to bring our dreams to life, or at least work towards that goal.

My dream was to be certified Great Place To Work® again in 2023 and to get better results than last year (we had already gotten amazing results!). So, for the second time in a row, we decided to survey our employees about their quality of life at Approach People through the Great Place To Work® certification program.

All year round, we had been working on making our employees happier than ever. And well… we did it! This year, we obtained a result of 95% overall satisfaction (that is 2% more than last year)!
