Your Responsibilities:

• Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, ensuring the highest standards of presentation and operational efficiency.

• Sales Performance: Analyze sales data, develop strategies, and implement actions to drive results.

• Inventory Management: Manage stock levels and ensure optimal product turnover.

Your Profile:

• Experience: Proven track record in a leadership role within luxury retail, ideally with team management experience.

• Languages: Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.

• Customer Focus: Deep passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.

• Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.

• Brand & Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of luxury fashion trends, customer expectations, and effective sales strategies.
