Store Manager

We are seeking a bilingual (French and English) Store Manager with experience in the jewelry sector to join our clients exclusive boutique in Lyon. If you have strong management skills and a passion for fine jewelry, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the boutique
• Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team
• Ensure exceptional customer service and personalized client consultations
• Maintain and display the jewelry collection to the highest standards
• Plan and execute sales and marketing initiatives
• Manage inventory and orders
• Monitor and analyze sales performance to achieve targets

Requirements:

• Bilingual in French and English
• 2-3 years of experience in the jewelry sector, ideally in a similar role
• Strong management and leadership skills
• Passion for jewelry and a keen interest in luxury goods
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proactive, organized, and able to work independently
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills
