SOLAR WORK SUPERVISOR – SOUTH GERMANY (m/f/d)

JOB DESCRIPTION
The company, a leading French company in solar carports is expending its activity in Germany within the newly created German Gmbh.
Within a German team under recruitment and with the support of the French teams, you are in charge to ensure the monitoring of the work within the framework of the established specifications. You oversee the operational management of assembly teams and subcontractors (Civil Work, steel structure, Electricity)
As a Solar Work Supervisor, you will be the main link between the company's customers, suppliers, and services of the company.
Its’ a central and multi skilled position in a fast-growing German solar market for 40hours a week (fulltime)

TASKS AND RESPONSABILITIES

• You are the main link between the client and any other parties, therefore you participate to the site construction meeting and draft the correspondence essential to the advancement of business and management of disputes
• You are financially responsible of the budgets. Site working hours budget, construction machinery, and any other additional works.
• You are in charge of doing the necessary reporting (progress, additional works…) in order to perform the monthly invoicing.
• You order the required construction machinery and any consumables. You also follow up the delivery of all the material on site (steel structure, Aluminium rails,)
• You oversee the management of the work: erection teams, subcontractors, planning of the activities, reception of works…)
• You are responsible to apply the Quality, Security and Environmental policy of the Group Ponticelli

As a Solar Work Supervisor, you will report to the managing director the German Gmbh, but also be in constant link with the operation teams of La Rochelle (France)

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Construction Degree or the equivalence in experience is required.
• Previous experience as a Work Supervisor is required and knowledge in civil, steel structure and electricity.
• You speak and write German at a native level and English at a professional level, and you can write mails and technical communications.
• You know how to do planning and basic excel reports.
• You have the soft skills to manage working teams.
• You have clear communication and technical skills.
• Traveling on the work sites is required (living location in South Germany advantageous)
