We are seeking an exceptional Senior Public Relations & Talent Director to lead international communications and strategic positioning for elite talent, luxury brands, and high-profile individuals across the worlds of sport, entertainment, fashion, and lifestyle.

This is a highly discreet, client-facing leadership role requiring outstanding judgement, influence, and access within premium global networks. The successful candidate will operate at the intersection of luxury, culture, and influence — shaping narratives, managing reputation, and unlocking high-value commercial opportunities.

From private events and red-carpet appearances to international brand partnerships and global product launches, this role combines strategic vision with flawless execution in some of the most exclusive environments in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Communications & Positioning

• Develop and execute bespoke PR and communications strategies for ultra-high-profile clients and luxury brands

• Secure premium international media coverage across top-tier publications and influential platforms

• Shape and protect public narratives with precision and long-term brand equity in mind

• Oversee all external communications with discretion, consistency, and impact

Talent & VIP Relations

• Build and manage relationships with A-list talent, elite athletes, UHNW individuals, and their representatives

• Act as a trusted advisor across all public-facing opportunities and strategic decisions

• Identify and onboard talent aligned with the agency’s positioning and commercial vision

• Negotiate high-value partnerships, endorsements, appearances, and collaborations

Global Events & Luxury Activations

• Represent clients at international events, private functions, luxury launches, and invite-only activations

• Lead talent integration across premieres, fashion weeks, sporting events, and cultural moments

• Manage VIP access, guest relations, and stakeholder engagement at the highest level

• Ensure flawless execution and elevated brand presence in high-visibility environments

Brand Partnerships & Commercial Development

• Identify and secure collaborations with leading luxury houses and premium global brands

• Structure commercially strategic partnerships that drive both visibility and revenue

• Prepare and deliver high-level proposals to brands, investors, and stakeholders

• Expand and leverage a strong international network across entertainment, fashion, and sport

Reputation Management & Crisis Advisory

• Provide senior counsel on sensitive situations and reputation management

• Control messaging in high-pressure or high-visibility scenarios

• Protect client interests with speed, discretion, and strategic clarity

Candidate Profile

• Significant experience within luxury PR, entertainment, talent management, or high-profile client environments

• Established international network across media, luxury brands, talent agencies, and private client circles

• Proven track record managing A-list talent or high-net-worth individuals

• Strong commercial acumen with experience securing premium partnerships and collaborations

• Exceptional emotional intelligence, judgement, and discretion

• Confident operating within exclusive, fast-paced, and high-pressure environments

• Internationally mobile with flexibility for travel and out-of-hours engagements
