Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company objectives.

• Collect and prioritize customer feedback, market data, and business requirements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, and sales) to deliver impactful product releases.

• Lead product discovery, competitive research, and data-driven decision-making.

• Monitor performance metrics and user engagement to drive continuous product improvement.

• Partner with leadership to define pricing models and go-to-market strategies.

• Act as a strong advocate for innovation and customer-centric product development.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally within SaaS or tech environments.

• Strong understanding of modern technology stacks, cloud platforms, APIs, and agile methodologies.

• Proven experience leading the full product lifecycle, from concept to launch.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken).

• Based in Italy, with availability to attend the Milan office once per week.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.

• Knowledge of data analytics, UX principles, and growth product strategies.

• Passion for innovation and emerging technologies.
