As Sales Consultant, you'll be an integral part of our team, serving as a brand ambassador and helping clients find the perfect jewellery pieces that resonate with their most treasured moments.
• Engage with clients through various channels, including appointments, walk-ins, phone calls, emails and live chat, to provide personalized product demonstrations and sales experiences.
• Maintain exceptional standards in customer service and product knowledge.
• Optimize stock presentation, merchandising, and promotional displays to enhance sales potential. • Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with management to surpass profit targets and deliver outstanding customer service. • Handle various administrative tasks, including consultations, returns, repairs, and workshop related activities.
• Play a pivotal role in executing aftersales activities, strategically fostering a loyal customer base and cultivating a network for sustained return business
Qualifications and Skills:
• A minimum of 1 years' luxury retail experience, ideally within the jewellery industry.
• Proficiency in interacting with high-end clientele is advantageous.
• Confident and professional telephone manner.
• Proactive team player with problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
• Demonstrates flexibility to meet changing role expectations, operating both independently and collaboratively within a virtual team setting.
• Fluent in Danish and English
