Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate potential sites for onshore wind projects, conducting feasibility studies and site assessments.
• Manage the permitting process, ensuring all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including environmental assessments.
• Build and maintain relationships with landowners, government agencies, community groups, and other key stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with engineering, construction, finance, and legal teams to ensure seamless project execution from concept to completion.
• Stay informed on market trends, policy changes, and technological advancements to inform project development strategies.

Profile:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project development within the renewable energy sector, with a focus on onshore wind.
• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Strong project management skills, familiarity with permitting processes, and excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
• A genuine commitment to renewable energy and sustainability.
• Strong analytical skills to assess project viability and financial feasibility.
